One Hundred pounds!  You read correctly, she lost one hundred pounds!  I am so excited to introduce you to my amazing friend Jessica Heights, who blogs over at Muttering Heights.

Not only is Jessica beautiful, energetic and creative, but also, the girl lost one hundred pounds and kept it off! That is like a whole person!

In her new eBook, 100 Pound Loser, which is now available on Amazon, Jessica gives us the wisdom of her success.  She shares her discernment in eating out of depression, eating out of hormone changes, and eating from hunger.

I was able to quickly recognize myself as Jessica’s quick wit and colorful descriptions of eating styles brought a spot light to my kitchen!

Are you thinking about losing a little or a lot of weight this year?  Wouldn’t you like to get advice from someone who is an everyday mom, like us; and, not some movie star?  She didn’t join a gym, or perchance an eating plan or have surgery.  So how did she do it?

Why not go to Amazon, and get her eBook, One Hundred Pound Loser, by Jessica Heights?
